2019 Quick Reference

Gates open at 12pm Thursday. Do not arrive earlier than 12pm!

Gates will temporarily CLOSE once on Friday late-night at 1am and will re-open Saturday at 7am.

All attendees must be offsite by 3pm Sunday.

You will park your car for the weekend when you arrive. The on-site shuttle will haul you and your stuff during these times:

Thursday: 12pm - 11:59pm

Friday: 8am - 11:59pm

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: 8am - 3pm

Skip the shuttle line entirely by bringing a wagon and something to tie your stuff down. Then pass the wagon on to a neighbor! Label your stuff before your arrive. Things are easily lost during shuttle trips!

No. Once you arrive, you will park for the weekend.

We have a shuttle that will help haul your stuff to your campsite during these hours:

Thursday:12pm - 11:59pm

Friday: 8am - 11:59pm

Saturday: CLOSED

Sunday: 8am-3pm

We may have 1 food vendor on site, but hours will be limited. Bring enough food to last the weekend!

Yes, there are sinks with running water in and around the main lodge.

Water on site is fine to drink, but does not always come out clear. It is chlorinated at a safe level to get rid of anything nasty.

You can certainly bring your own water if you choose.

Yes, inside the lodge at lunch at the kitchen. Ice is available daily for $1/bag.

This is a LEAVE NO TRACE event. This means that if you pack it in, you pack it out! This includes ALL trash and recycling. Bring extra trash bags, make an effort to keep your camp clean, and make sure to haul everything off site when you leave.

Please be a good flow scout and be an excellent steward to this beautiful land we call home.

Cell service is patchy, but possible. Prepare to unplug for the weekend!
No, unless you’re a vendor.

Yes, bring ALL the fuel! Enough for you and your friends to spin all weekend long.

When you arrive, you can leave your fuel at the gate and we will transport it down to the fire circle for you. No fuel may be stored in your camp.

No pets are permitted on the grounds, by express demands of the venue. If you have a service animal, please contact us: pacificfiregathering@gmail.com
